1. Servo motor for controlling bag length is equipped on cutting and sealing machine. 

Servo motor brand  is Yaskawa, Japan.

2. Inverter for controlling speed, reducing electrical consumption, and easy operation is 

equipped on cutting and sealing machine.

3. cutting and sealing machine has Cold knife cutting design.

4. 4 sets of sealing bars is equipped on cutting and sealing machine. 2 sets with single 

sealing line for making bottom sealed bag (top open bag), the other 2 sets with 2 sealing

lines (to seal the bag on top&bottom) for making semi-product of t-shirt bag. 

5. The sealing bar of cutting and sealing machine can be easily changed for shopping bags

 and plain bags.

6. The cutting blades of Bag Making Machine are all SKH3 material.

7. The photocell (SICK) for accurate registration of film printing points is installed on Cutting 

and sealing machine.

8. Cutting and sealing machine has continuously working system, adopted with auto stopping 

alarm device.

9. Cutting and sealing machine will automatically stop when the film roll is empty.
