| In Romania, Polystar installed a Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line to make films for making medical waste plastic bags. The blown film machine is designed for making 0.06mm (60 micron) LDPE film. On the blown film machine, we install an inline logo printer to print the ''infectious waste'' warning logo on the film for medical waste plastic. The printing plate can be changed to any picture that customer requests. The printing color can be changed as well. Adding this inline logo printing unit on the blown film machine is a good idea for saving the space for installing another printing machine in the factory. After the 60 micron film roll is produced, it will be brought to bottom sealed bag converting machine for making bottom sealed bag. This medical waste plastic bag needs to be strong enough to carry the waste from hospital. Polystar's Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line ensure the thickness and toughness of the film. The tensionless bottom sealing machine provided by Polystar also ensures the bottom sealing part of the medical plastic bag is strong enough. | |

The producer is using POLYSTAR Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line for producing films for garbage bag. To save the cost on the raw material, this producer is using large percentage of recycled material for producing the film. The producer brings the recycled material from POLYSTAR recycling machine HNT-85V back to the Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line for producing plastic film again. In 6 month, the raw material cost has been decreasing significantly. The Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line has excellent mixing ability. It can process up to 100% recycled material. CaCO3 compound material can also be processed. The customer is also producing film with 40%CaCO3 material + 60% virgin raw material. | In June, POLYSTAR installed another two sets of Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line in Dallas, USA. The buyer for these two sets of Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line has been manufacturing plastic bags since early 1970's. They invented many of the packaging products used throughout the restaurant, deli and grocery industry. The compact type Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line offered by POLYSTAR were added into their production line to produce HDPE films. The compact type Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line are able to produce HDPE film with maximum film width 650mm. The thickness is 15 micron. The films produced by compact type Mono-Layer Supermarket Bag Extrusion Mini Type Line are converted into pop-up bags for deli, bakery and restaurant. |
