Mini Type Customized Blown Film Machine provides a good solution for economic but good quality film. Suitable for general packaging products such as T-shirt bags, supermarket bags, flat bags and many others.
Film width is available from 150mm to 800mm (5 to 31 inch) and can be customized depending on customer's requirement, suitable for both HDPE and LDPE film.
The special screw design provides good mixing for both colored (with masterbatches) and transparent film. A percentage of recycled material and Calcium carbonate can also be used in the mixture.
It is extremely compact, easy to install, user-friendly and productive for film and bag makers.

| In Siberia, Russia, POLYSTAR installed the third set of Mini Type Single Layer Film Blowing Machine in customer's factory since June 2014. The producer is using POLYSTAR Mini Type Single Layer Film Blowing Machine for producing films for garbage bag. To save the cost on the raw material, this producer is using large percentage of recycled material for producing the film. The producer brings the recycled material from POLYSTAR recycling machine HNT-85V back to the Mono Layer Extrusion Compact Blown Film Line for producing plastic film again. In 6 month, the raw material cost has been decreasing significantly. The Mini Type Single Layer Film Blowing Machine has excellent mixing ability. It can process up to 100% recycled material. CaCO3 compound material can also be processed. The customer is also producing film with 40%CaCO3 material + 60% virgin raw material. | In June, POLYSTAR installed another two sets of Mini Type Single Layer Film Blowing Machine in Dallas, USA. The buyer for these two sets of Mini Type Single Layer Film Blowing Machine has been manufacturing plastic bags since early 1970's.
