POLYSTAR's high efficient, AB Blown Film Line Double Layer Co-extrusion Unit is designed for producing high resistant two layer film, A layer and B layer. The two extruders equipped on the Double Layer Co-extrusion Unit are capable of loading two kinds of materials, composing each A and B layer. That means, we could use different material or even different-color material on each extruder. Therefore, the produced film will be possible to have two layers with different color on each side, and the die head design ensures good color separation on each layer. |  |
