Bag blown film machine
The HA monolayer Bag blown film machine is designed for consistent high-speed production and stability,
giving excellent production performance without expensive automation.
Film width available from 1500 mm to 2300mm (59 to 90 inch) and can be customized depending on customer's requirement,suitable for both LDPE/LLDPE and HDPE film production.
The specially designed screw has good melting and mixing ability for different types of polyethylene material with the addition of masterbatch and additives. Barrier screw and grooved barrel designs are applied for better material mixing and higher output.
The machine is designed to improve production flexibility and better thickness control while enhancing film strength. High precision die head and cooling air ring provides good film thickness control and resistance.
Alternatively high automation solutions are available on demand: TSM gravimetric dosing unit, fully back-to-back fully automatic cutting and winding, Plast-Control thickness control and among others.
